Now you must select
the criteria you want to use. You can sort mail by who it is addressed
To, who it is coming From, what the Subject is, and if the mail is
larger than XX KB.
-
Most people should
sort their mail using the From or Subject criteria. For example, if
you want mail coming From a particular e-mail address filtered, put
the e-mail address in the From box.
-
Once you have selected
how mail is sorted, you must chose what action you want applied to
that mail. You can have mail Moved to another folder, Forwarded to
another e-mail address, Reply with a particular message, Left on INTERALB,
Ltd. servers or Deleted directly from our servers without ever seeing
it. This last option works best for removing unwanted e-mails like
SPAM.
